Riding Around the Christmas Tree

Yesterday, after tromping around in the snow long enough, Bud decided he wanted to put a train track around the Christmas tree. So he and Mama, with Sis's help, laid their wooden train tracks around the skirt of the tree. Today, first with their visiting little friend, and now alone, they are running trains (they have one self-propelled train each) around and around, then stopping them at the building block station to change passengers. It's all very sweet.

And I'm extra glad I bought them Polar Express as one of their Christmas books this year.
