Advent Activities: Confession Time

Well, it was a marvelous idea, my "advent activities" basket. But the execution has been less-than-stellar, mainly because I haven't gotten around to actually writing out all those slips and dropping them in a basket. So, instead, I just mentally pick one and try to incorporate it into the day. Most days. For example, yesterday, I bought extra food to give to the food pantry but we didn't deliver it. And, today, we don't really need a separate advent activity because we're baking the last two batches of cookies for our church's holiday bake sale. No time for anything extra. That's not to say I won't get around to implementing the basket idea, it's just a slow start.
