A woman in this article on layer cakes called baking her 15+layered confections a "ministry." Well, I've ministered with easy ravioli bakes and stuffed shells, but never Chocolate Little Layer Cake or Caramel Cake. I might have to change religions, especially if Scott Peacock, famed Alabaman chef at Watershed in Atlanta is involved. And I was looking for a dessert for Christmas . . . .
