It's the round cookie in the middle with the icing and orange peel.
We just conducted an icing-free taste test (I'll ice them in the morning).
They are delicious. The texture is so delicate and soft, but the cookie is not crumbly or too fragile. Now, the orange flavor doesn't shine through much so maybe I underestimated the dried orange peel. But it will be fine with the icing I'll make in the morning. We were both very impressed. Definitely worth the trouble.
