Sitting here in my kitchen, I laughed hysterically. Because at least she tried to sew the dish towels (that then she would "shriek at anyone who came near them with a wet dish: "Get away! Don’t get them dirty!"). Downstairs, right now, I have yarn to crochet stockings for Mama and I, button charms from last year to attach to Sis and Bud's stockings (we haven't even bought this year), yarn for scarves for both kiddos, and yards and yards of different fabrics to make pillowcases for everyone, not to mention the supplies I bought yesterday to help the kids make gifts for family this year. If this crafter was not a "process person" but a "results person," what does that make me?
I'm hoping it means I'm eternally optimistic!
Only thing is, Mama loves to repeat the mantra, "hope is not a strategy."
