Officially, as far as I can tell, it is snowing, in that there is snow in the atmosphere but it is drying up before it hits land. At least that is what I think I understand to be happening. But there is no accumulation, no visible snow.
I have this weird sinking feeling it will have been much ado about nothing up here (knowing it was a very big deal further south) and that we will wake up to no snow.
So far, it's kinda like Santa didn't come for Christmas.
