Rain is steadily falling on week-old snow and an overnight layer of ice. It's treacherous (and beautiful--the trees are crystalline). They closed school in our area and canceled our Chinese class today. The police have closed our street up at the top near the curve; there must be an accident just around the slippery bend.
Stay home, be safe and warm and dry.
And for Mama and Mama Teacher who are out today, be careful.
