We tried another version of snow cream this weekend, this time the one with lemon instant pudding in 5 cups of snow.
Ugh.
Sure, it does become something that looks like ice cream after lots of stirring, but the flavor was awful. The lemon flavor that is transformed and tempered by two cups of milk is icky and fake when added to snow (though, I'm off instant pudding anyway, as you know).
So, stick with the sweetened condensed milk. It's just better.
