The caped wonder, Super Scott, aka CJ, Mama Teacher's son, came over yesterday wearing his blue superhero cape-blanket. Apparently, on the way over, he wished that we would all play superheroes. And he got his wish. By the midde of his visit, Sis and Bud had similiarly donned cape-blankets and they all got Mama Teacher and me caped too. We all flew around the living room, talking about our different powers. CJ's power was rescuing the earth. Sis healed "owies" (how do you spell that??). I forget what Bud's power was. Mama Teacher and I were "super mommies." Then the kids started to rescue each other. At one point, "Super Scott" asked Sis to rescue him. And in a dramatic pose, head turned, she just stood there. So I prodded her, "Sis, CJ asked you to rescue him."
Her reply: "I'm thinking about it."
Super.
