And it ain't over yet. With almost a fever at 99.5F, Sis has ears that aren't clear and probably getting infected again, as are her tonsils. So she has another prescription. Bud has two medicines of his own, this time to treat seasonal allergies which just won't go away and are affecting his ears.
So, of course, we went to the store to fill them, coming home with bottles of various things, plus a Hi-Ho Cheerio game for Sis and a new Black Knight for Bud. And a magazine for me, though I don't think I'll get to read it. Icky-feeling kids are needy kids.
The biggest good news, which I shared with them over lunch, is that Gommie is coming! And that will make even borderline sick kids feel much better.
