My maternal grandfather was not my maternal grandmother's first husband, nor the father of her first child. A similar thing happened to Mama's grandparents. And to our minister. Blended families, stepchildren, orphans, widows, divorcees. Families are linked in love through many kinds of relationships. If something happened to me, I'd want Mama to find someone.
