Advent Activities: Gingerbread Houses

'Tis the season for making gingerbread houses, real or graham cracker. And yesterday the kids made both. Sis went to her second gingerbread house tea party, the event that occasioned so much sadness for Bud last year, this time for her Daisy troop. But I was prepared this time and supplied Bud, his friend, and their babysitter with gingerbread house kits and the same snacks the Daisies would have for their own party. Both were a success. I mean, how can you go wrong with candy, frosting, and rice krispie treats??
