Hook and Needle

I'm almost done with the blanket I'm working on. And I've had some help. I often pull it out during rest time, spreading it out on the bed on me, with a kiddo on either side. They were immediately interested; like cats, kids seem to be attracted to yarn. Both Sis and Bud have sat on my lap and held the hook while I've helped them make some stitches. Sis also likes to "help" by unwinding skeins so the yarn is "ready." Luckily, I have extra and have just switched out the skein I'm using. I'm going to have to look up how left-handers crochet because eventually I think Sis is going to want to do it herself.
