Birthday Remembrances

Today was the birthday of our friend who died of breast cancer in February. It was about a year ago that we learned that she was losing her battle with the disease and so made plans to visit her and her partner in Chicago. Today, at home, we're listening to choral music in honor of her love of singing. And we'll hang the "Fight the Patriarchy" poster bequeathed to us.
