The happy meds have worn off, both ativan and local anesthetic, and I am achy and sore, as expected (no worries, it's normal). It takes 3-5 days for the meds to kick in (and the ache lasts a few days). I'm hoping the doc got the right spot--if it's any clue, at least my aching is in the usual spot! The doc was funny, "I get one injection right everyday. I hope this is it!"
