Thank You: Going, Going, Almost Gone

Well, Mommy Goose, the food you brought didn't last very long. We all loved it. The kids had two helpings each--the first bona fide casserole Sis has ever eaten! That is a minor miracle. And I loved all the crunchy, cheesy topping that went so well with broccoli (and a faux chicken patty). But the cake, oh, that vanilla cake. Well, suffice it to say, we skipped the salad for tonight! (Though, we're going to need it, too, after tonight!) It was all delicious and much appreciated, as was your too-short (though always enjoyable) visit. Tell Goose that next time y'all can come for longer and we'll go outside.
