Adventures in Cooking Our CSA Share: Sharing the Bounty

Since we aren't doing much cooking around here--thanks be to all of our friends who have brought delicious meals--we are woefully behind in enjoying our CSA box. But it does not go to waste. Mama has found a friend at her office who will not only pick up the box but will take many of the vegetables. And pay us part of the share for the privilege! It's working very well. And Mama made a tasty "kitchen sink" vegetable soup which is perfect for this chilly (mid 50s), damp fall weather. Now if I can just make a loaf of no-knead bread . . . .
