I'm having a personal "date" night. Which involves laundry, HP5 movie, a cuppa and some M&Ms. I'm also going to continue crocheting the prayer shawl I'm making for my playgroup friend's mom with cancer. Somehow, crocheting prayer shawls and providing meals is my spiritual practice, along with my new attempts at non-violent communication and meditation (true that the hardest part is finding the 5 minutes. I should have that tonight). Not sure where it fits in the grand scheme of things.
