Hermione, our cat, is at the pet hospital for toxic poisoning--she found a bouquet with roses and lilies that we had in the laundry room. And lilies are deadly to cats apparently. We're hoping we got to her early enough. She'll be there until Tuesday getting fluids to flush her kidneys, at least, if all goes well.

Everyone is stressed. Sis particularly was worried about where Mama took Hermione and why she didn't come home. And she felt bad for Albus. Everytime he would meow--and that was a lot today as he was both looking for his sis and also asking to be let out onto the porch--Sis would say, "I think he is sad because he lost his sister." Lost in this case being more like "misses" than like dead. Then she and Buddy had a whole conversation about why Albus was sad and why they would be sad if they lost each other.
